The residential campus of Aavishkaar regular hosts camps and workshops which can accomodate up to 24 people. Each rooms houses 3 people with attached bathroom and a walk-in closet space. We can host dining for up to 50 people in our kitchen on campus. We have two meeting halls with capacity of 20 and 70 each. Our science and computer lab is where we develop most of our experiments and modules. Our carpentry workshed has created many innovative bamboo designs. The workshed is also used by students extensively to learn carpentry and build their own designs.

Bus: Aavishkaar is located between Palampur and Baijnath in Himachal. The easiest way to get to Aavishkaar in Sungal village is to take the over-night Himachal Roadways bus from Inter State Bus Terminus (Kashmiri Gate) in Delhi. There are three AC bus that leave Delhi for Baijnath every evening:
7:29pm Deluxe (Him Mani)
7:45pm Tata A/C (Him Gaurav)
9:45pm Volvo (Him Suta)
All can be booked on Redbus.com or hrtc.gov.in/hrtctickets/ . Ask to be dropped at Sungal which is after Palampur but before Baijnath (last stop). Aavishkaar is on the highway immediately after Osho Restaurant.
These buses come via Chandigarh where they would stop after mid-night.
Train: Any train going to Jammu will stop at Pathankot or Chakki-Bank. From Pathankot/Chakki-Bank, Aavishkaar in Sungal is then a 3.5-hour taxi ride (approx Rs.2300). Contact Aavishkaar if you need help with booking taxis.
Air: There are daily flight services from New Delhi to Dharamsala (Gaggal-Kangra Airport) operated by Spice Jet and Air-India. Sungal is 1.5 hours by taxi from the airport. Please note that these flights are sometimes cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or underbooking.
There are also flights from Pune/Bombay to Jammu. Aavishkaar at Sungal is 4.5 hours by taxi from Jammu.
