It is not secret that women in India are constantly underestimated for their knowledge and skills. The country has seen various attempts by hundreds of organizations and individuals to change this narrative. While some are working on education, others are empowering women through employment, awareness and more.
In a country already struggling to achieve girl education and equity, math anxiety and phobia have become living “villains” of almost all students. You, me and everyone we know has dreaded the subject for longer than we can imagine. According to the 2018 report by ASER, more than 75% of government and 60% private school 5th graders were not able to solve a division problem.
