Aavishkaar incubated a new all-women nonprofit, Sajhe Sapne, on its campus in August 2020. This young organization aims to upskill young rural women to ensure they have a choice of thriving careers. Sajhe designs and delivers modern-day skill development programs through its residential program. Since then we have also partnered and started the Primary Math Educator Program- Aarohan for young women.
